THE STATE REPRESENTATIVE ADMINISTRATION

Imereti region has joined an annual international campaign “Clean Up Georgia”. Large-scale environmental activities were carried out in all 12 municipalities of Imereti, involving up to 1000 volunteers.

State Representative-Governor in Imereti, Shavlego Tabatadze visited Kharagauli Municipality within the framework of the cleanup action. He noted, that in order to preserve and improve environment, similar actions will take place on a regular basis. The cleanup activities were focused on tourist objects, river banks and other locations.

The campaign takes place in September and includes more than 140 countries.
