THE STATE REPRESENTATIVE ADMINISTRATION

Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia – Maia Tskitishvili held a meeting with the State Representatives-Governors. The Minister talked about the regional projects which are funded from the Regional Development Fund, and underlined that reforms are planned in this regard, that will provide regions with more opportunities for development.

“It is important to hear directly from you what types of projects should be implemented in the cities and villages, what are the primary needs of the population. In order to achieve best results and distribute target-oriented funds, we have to be aware about what, where, in which timeframe and why we are implementing the projects. Therefore, we will be guided by the priorities provided by you during budget planning” – said Maia Tskitishvili

Acting Governor of Imereti Region talked about ongoing and planned projects in the region.
