THE STATE REPRESENTATIVE ADMINISTRATION

On February 28, Imereti Regional Administration hosted Ambassador of Ukraine to Georgia H.E. Igor Dolgov. The introductory meeting was attended by the State Representative-Governor in Imereti Region Givi Chichinadze, Vice-Governor Ioseb Khakhaleishvili, Mayor of Kutaisi Giorgi Chigvaria, Vice-Mayor Nino Tvaltvadze and majoritarian MP Genadi Margvelashvili.

The sides discussed bilateral relations between Ukrainian regions and Imereti region, with the particular emphasis on cultural and educational projects.

The same day, Imereti Governor, together with the Ambassador of Ukraine paid homage to the Victims of Chernobyl tragedy.
