80 Socially Vulnerable Families were Granted Houses in Kutaisi

The State Representative-Governor in Imereti region Givi Chichinadze, Deputy Governor Ioseb Khakhaleishvili, Mayor of Kutaisi Shota Murgulia, MPs from Kutaisi and representatives of the local self-government granted the keys of the houses to the homeless people.

Social shelter will accommodate about 350 persons, for a 5-year period. After expiration of this term their conditions will be reassessed and relevant measures will be taken.

First social shelter in Georgia has been built in Kutaisi. The project is unprecedented and started in 2016.
