Within the framework of his visit to China, the Governor of Imereti, Zviad Shalamberidze, visited several enterprises, including the construction company (Guizhou Highway Engineering Group Co., Ltd), which is constructing the highway in Georgia.

The head of the construction company introduced the already implemented projects and also talked about the international infrastructure projects implemented in different countries, including Georgia.

The mentioned company is fully owned by the state. He is highly qualified in various fields: highway engineering construction and design, urban works construction, bridge engineering specialist contracting, as well as tunnel engineering, highway pavement and highway foundation engineering.

The company has been engaged in the construction of highways, bridges and tunnels for more than 60 years.

In addition to covering intensive business in Guizhou, the company has also expanded its infrastructure construction business to more than twenty provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. In recent years, it has also been implementing construction projects in foreign countries.
