The Star of the State Academic Song and Dance Ensemble was opened in Kutaisi.
Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports of Georgia Tea Tsulukiani, Imereti State Representative Zviad Shalamberidze, Kutaisi Mayor Ioseb Khakhaleishvili, Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Mzia Giorgobiani, representatives of local authorities and society attended the opening of the ensemble's star in front of the Folklore Palace.
Today, a concert of the Kutaisi State Academic Song and Dance Ensemble was held in the State Theater named after Lado Meskhishvili.
The Kutaisi State Ensemble has been making a significant contribution to the popularization and development of folk songs and choreography through years.
