The anniversary evening of Lamara Vashakidze, the Honored Artist of Georgia, was held in Kutaisi.

The event dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the actor of the Lado Meskhishvili State Drama Theater was attended by: Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth of Georgia Tea Tsulukiani, Imereti State Representative Zviad Shalamberidze, Kutaisi Mayor Ioseb Khakhaleishvili, Majority Deputy Zaza Lominadze, representatives of the central and local authorities.

Lamara Vashakidze has been an actress of the Meskhisvili Theater for 65 years and has performed about 150 roles. At the anniversary evening, colleagues once again remembered the artist's creative path and his roles.
