Construction of apartments for 720 displaced families is planned on Nikea Street in Kutaisi
The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Gharibashvili, attended the start of the construction of new residential buildings for IDPs in Kutaisi and placed a symbolic capsule in the foundation of the building.
720 apartments are planned to be built on Nikea Street in Kutaisi. Within the framework of the project, three 12-storey buildings will be built.
Construction works will be completed by the end of 2025. The apartments will be handed over to displaced families with completed repairs. The construction budget is 77,347,872 GEL.
Along with the Prime Minister, Leri Barnabishvili, the head of the Department of Relations with the Regions of the Government Administration, representatives of the executive, legislative and local authorities were present.
