This year, for the first time, the Association of Georgian Airports joined the public holiday of "Gviriloba", also known as "Kutaisi city day" in Kutaisi, and an exhibition and sale of about 30 paintings and sculptures by local artists was organized in the departure hall of Kutaisi International Airport.

Zviad Shalamberidze, The State Representative, visited the exhibition together with the director of the Airports Union, Irakli Karkashadze.

"This year, we tried to make the Kutaisi festival more interesting and diverse compared to previous years. During the week, events will be held at various locations in Kutaisi for several days. Kutaisi International Airport joined the activities for the first time this year and the works of local artists are presented, which of course makes the celebration of Kutaisi even more interesting" - Zviad Shalamberidze.

In the future, Kutaisi International Airport, as one of the major employers of the region, will be actively represented in all important events related to Kutaisi and the Imereti region.
