The largest international wine exhibition Vinexpo America was opened in New York, where, with the support and financing of DMO Imereti, in the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York, next to 20 Georgian wine-producing companies, for the first time in history, Imeretian wines are presented at the stand of the Imeretian Wine Association.

This exhibition paves the way for Imerian wine to the American market and allows American wine lovers and buyers to get to know Imereti and Imeretian wine.

The exhibition Vinexpo is a gathering place for professionals in the field of wine production, where wine and spirits lovers present their products, share their experiences, organize tastings and master classes.

It is a big step for Imereti to be a part of the newest and most dynamic event in the field of world wine production, as well as to be made aware of its existence by the international people, experts, buyers, connoisseurs and tasters who have a decisive say in this field.

Within the framework of the exhibition, Imerian wines were tasted by such famous wine experts as Liza Granik, Erika Frey, Lasha Tsatava, Carmelo Sgandura. Negotiations were also held with Colangelo&Partners representatives.
