"Integrated development of Khoni municipality" - a presentation was held on the mentioned topic.

The presentation was attended by: State Representative Zviad Shalamberidze, Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Mzia Giorgobiani, Member of Parliament Givi Chichinadze, Mamuka Tsotniashvili, representative of the Department of Relations with the Regions of the Government of Georgia, representatives of local governments, partner organizations and various fields.

The project financed by the European Union aims to promote the integrated territorial development of the municipality of Khoni. The project is aimed at improving the economic, social and cultural opportunities of the residents of Khoni Municipality.

Within the framework of the project: an investment readiness website will be created and launched, through which interested persons will have the opportunity to learn about a specific investment proposal online, a large-scale local investment forum will be held, 11 grants will be awarded to local organizations, small infrastructure projects will be implemented, exhibition spaces for local products will be created and new tourist attractions will be created. -Recreational facilities, including in the IDP settlement.

It is also planned to arrange a sports complex, a museum of chemistry and physics in the administrative unit of Nakhakhulevi.

The project is implemented by the municipality of Khoni and the charitable humanitarian center - "Abkhazeti".
