State Representative in Imereti Zviad Shalamberidze and representatives of the Roads Department visited the injured worker on the construction of the Ubisa-Shorapani section of the road.

A bulldozer operator was injured during the construction of the Ubisa-Shorapan highway, which is being carried out by „China Road and Bridge Corporation“. He received first aid on the spot, after which the medical staff took him to the Fero-Medi Hospital in Zestaponi.  The injured man was operated and his condition is satisfactory at the moment.  „China Road and Bridge Corporation“ will fully cover the costs of treatment and rehabilitation of the injured worker. Representatives of the company are in constant contact with the medical staff, the injured and his family. An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the incident.
