Thanks for the independence

April 9, 1989 is a day that was crucial for Georgia, a day that brought us together and brought us closer to our goal.

31 years ago, many people sacrificed their lives for our independence and the present, but the entrenching tools, armored personnel carriers and tanks failed to trampled down what united us - thirst for freedom and unbroken soul.

All generations will always, even centuries later, remember the people who so devotedly defended the future of our country.
