THE STATE REPRESENTATIVE ADMINISTRATION

Today "Imereti Agritourism Festival" was held on Tskaltubo Municipality, within the framework of the festival there was exhibition-sale of products.

Acting State Representative in Imereti Zviad Shalamberidze, Deputy Ioseb Khakhaleishvili, Deputy Minister of Environment Protection and Agriculture Solomon Pavliashvili and representatives of local municipalities attended the festival.

In specially prepared exhibition space were presented products from enterprises operating in Imereti region, agricultural cooperatives and farms commodity. The guests of the event had the opportunity to taste and buy local, ecologically pure agricultural products: wine, honey, cranberries, dried fruits, vegetables, dairy products and more.

The "Imereti Agritourism Festival" was organized with the support of the Imereti State Representative Administration, Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of Georgia and self-government of Tskaltubo municipality.

The purpose of the agritourism festival is to promote local agricultural production.
