THE STATE REPRESENTATIVE ADMINISTRATION

First Deputy State Representative in Imereti Zviad Shalamberidze and Deputy Ioseb Khakhaleishvili visited tourist facilities in Tskaltubo and Terjola. Representatives of the region heard from the head of the Agency of Protected Areas detailed information about current situation of each location and the number of visitors they are receiving during the day. Sataplia Managed Reserves, Prometheus, Satsurblia and Navenakhevi caves are visited by foreign visitors daily along with Georgians and are generally familiar with the protected areas and caves in the Imereti region.

Imereti Caves Protected Areas include: 2 nature reserve and 17 nature monuments. At this stage, they are fully arranged and Sataplia Managed Reserves, Prometheus, Satsurblia and Navenakhevi Caves serve visitors.
