THE STATE REPRESENTATIVE ADMINISTRATION

Zviad Shalamberidze, First Deputy State Representative in Imereti, met with the representatives of the UN Human Rights High Commission Office: Federica Morave, Ulrich Hälstin and Suria Davy. The sides discussed human rights issues, labor conditions and work safety in Georgia. The members of the delegation noted that after receiving the information they will develop recommendations and inform all the agencies where the meetings have already been held.

Ioseb Khakhaleishvili, Deputy State Representative and chairman of Imereti Chamber of Commerce Emzar Gvinianidze also attended the meeting.

In addition to the state agencies, representatives of the UN Human Rights Office have met with people employed in the private sector and got acquainted with the current situation.
