Visit of Chinese Delegation

The delegation of the People's Republic of China (Jiangsu Province), was hosted by the Governor of Imereti. The delegation is headed by Yangtin Political and Legal secretary Yin Dziendze. Deputy Minister of Imereti Ioseb Khakhaleishvili, Mayor of Kutaisi Giorgi Chigvaria, Chairman of City Council Nikoloz Lataria and other representatives of local government met with delegation.

The delegation members were informed about the tourism-economic potential of Imereti and given the presentation. The Chinese side is interested in exchange programs in different spheres between Imereti and China's Jiangsu Province.
