Construction Company "m² Real Estate" presented the concept of a new international brand hotel in Kutaisi. The event was attended by Governor of Imereti Shavlego Tabatadze, Mayor of Kutaisi Giorgi Chigvaria and interested persons. Presentation was delivered by Irakli Burdiladze, the director of the company.

Kutaisi's new hotel, built in the center, next to the white bridge, will have 125 rooms with special interior and views. The full investment cost of the project is 30 million GEL. About 250 local residents will be employed for construction of the hotel and then for its operation. The project should end in the 4th quarter of 2020.
