THE STATE REPRESENTATIVE ADMINISTRATION

A meeting was held in the administration of the State Representative on the topic - "Support for public administration reform in Georgia".

The meeting was opened by Zviad Shalamberidze, State Representative in Imereti.

On the initiative of the Department of Relations with the Regions of the Government of Georgia, the Department of Policy Planning and Government Coordination, within the framework of the EU project "Support to Public Administration Reform in Georgia", trainings on the topic of freedom of information are being conducted in the regions of Georgia.

The purpose of the training is to improve the practice of providing public information and, in this regard, to raise the qualifications of the employees of municipal bodies.

Representatives of the Department of Relations with Regions of the Government of Georgia attended the meeting. The training was led by the expert of the European Union - Gvantsa Meunargia.

The following participated in the training: employees of the administration of municipalities and the State Representative who are responsible for providing public information, heads of the administration, lawyers, specialists in communications management and public relations.
