Regional Forum in Kutaisi

Today a regional forum of civil society was held in Kutaisi, where the First Deputy State Representative Zviad Shalamberidze made a speech. He emphasized the programs and projects that the government and NGOs jointly carry out.
Participants of the Forum discussed ways of attracting donors and potential investors, as well as strengthening of civil society in Imereti. Also, the areas of common interest were identified and planned for future cooperation.
The regional forum was attended by Ioseb Khakhaleishvili, Deputy State Representative in Imereti, mayors of municipalities, NGO and media representatives.
