“We will have fully qualified engineering conclusion regarding Mindeli Coal Mine by December. Afterwards, the works will continue in those sectors, which will receive positive conclusion.” –noted PM at the meeting with coalminers in Tkibuli. PM also stated that there should be developed a long-term strategy for the coalmine development, otherwise it will not be functionally sustainable.

Additionally, PM informed the miners that next year building of the new textile factory will commence, providing new work places. Initial investment cost of the factory will be around 5 million USD, which will be jointly funded by Partnership Fund and Chinese Investors.
